Are all properties RERA registered?
Every Marsan project is registered with TS-RERA before launch. The RERA number, full project details, and quarterly compliance reports are linked on each property page.
What documentation do you provide?
You receive the title deed chain (30 years), encumbrance certificate, mutation records, layout approval, RERA certificate, and a non-encumbrance affidavit at registration.
Who handles the registration?
Our legal team coordinates with the sub-registrar, schedules your appointment, and a Marsan advisor accompanies you on the day.
